Project Manager
If you are unsure what your query is about, just contact the project manager. He is able to liaise with authors and other project employees to answer your questions.
Authors
You may directly contact the authors if they choose to disclose their contact information. Check the author box (at the bottom of the blog page) for any links, mail, or social media accounts.
If you are concerned about the quality of our content, you may directly contact our quality team members. The responsibility is divided between Quality Assurance and Quality Control:
PQA – Project Quality Assurance
Responsible for the creation and revision of procedures used in our project.
If you identify any kind of defect in our content, the PQA will be responsible for tracing its root cause and revising applicable procedures to prevent it from happening again.
PQC – Project Quality Control
Responsible for the revision of articles created by our authors.
Note: The author is also responsible for the quality of the content (like readability and cohesion). Quality control’s focus is verifying evidence and traceability of facts and claims (not all of the sources make it into the public article, but we keep the records).
